The PROUD Meetings took place on March 31, 2026.

Organized jointly by the BAP Student Club and the BAP Coordination Unit, the PROUD Meetings took place on March 31, 2026, at 13:00. As part of the event, students were informed about BAP undergraduate projects, covering application processes as well as the academic and personal growth these projects offer.

Presentations were delivered by BAP Club President Ceren KARGIN, Vice President Sinem ÇAY, and Board Member Nazlıcan BOLAHENK, all of whom have previously prepared TÜBİTAK 2209-A projects and played active roles in the process. Our experienced students shared their journeys from project inception to completion, offering guiding insights to attendees. The presentations detailed the scope of TÜBİTAK 2209-A projects, their benefits to students, and key points to consider throughout the workflow.

The main purpose of the PROUD Meetings is to bring students together directly with peers who have hands-on experience, fostering knowledge sharing and cultivating an encouraging environment for project development. Accordingly, the event provided an inspiring platform for all students who have project ideas or wish to learn about project workflows.
