The "TÜBİTAK 2209-A University Students Research Projects Support Program Information Seminar," organized by the BAP Coordination Office on Tuesday, October 21, 2025, was held at the K Block Firnas Auditorium with the participation of over 200 students.
During the seminar, comprehensive information was shared regarding application processes within the scope of the newly opened TÜBİTAK 2209-A program, key points to consider in project preparation, and how students can benefit from the projects in the most efficient way. Additionally, participants were informed about opportunities to participate in scientific research and the contributions these processes will make to their academic development.
Following the seminar, driven by strong student interest, many students initiated their TÜBİTAK project application process. In one-on-one consultation sessions held with the BAP Coordination Office team after the event, students had the opportunity to mature their project ideas and receive detailed guidance regarding application procedures.
At the end of the seminar, the PROUD platform was introduced to the students, explaining how they could benefit from the opportunities provided by the platform. Furthermore, information was provided regarding BAP projects and application processes, encouraging our students to take part.
As the BAP Coordination Office, we will continue to organize events that contribute to the scientific and academic development of our students, support the research culture, and encourage young researchers.
